Jazz Efterrätt - 21 years on the scene
Jazz Efterrätt is celebrating a special jubilee! 21 years on the jazz scene. They tend to avoid round numbers and also consider 21 to be a decisive moment in the life of the band. If you reach this American coming of age number in jazz, you'll never stop. Pretty much everyone knows you and wants to know about your next projects, concerts, messages, CDs, in fact they want to know whatever the band with quite possibly the world's oddest name - which translates as Swedish Jazz dessert - is up to.
The concert, as well as the autumn commemoration of this year's Prague Proms will not only see the current ensemble take to the stage, but also prominent, and without exaggeration, highly lauded guests who have been involved with the group over the years. This will include the saxophonist Bharata Rajnošek, the pianist Petr Beneš, drummer Lukáš Doksanský, singer Ridina Ahmedová as well as Jan Hasenöhrl and his trumpet. And that's not everything. We hear you asking what else could they possibly be talking about? Well, you'll just have to come along to the Loop Jazz Club in Hostivař.
It would be a real shame to miss out on such an event. Especially on such an exceptional occasion with a band who always go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and whose accommodating nature never fails to win the hearts of audience members.
There's only one Jazz Efterrätt and it's looking forward to seeing you!
